Once you have placed your order, a purchase agreement will be reached between you and Design External Europe AB (559150-4096). A confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you have entered when ordering. We reserve for final sales.

Design External Europe AB does not include agreements with non-governmental (18 years).

All prices on this page are always stated including VAT.

We reserve the right for any printing errors and obviously incorrect prices. Suspect cases of fraudulent orders and fraud investigations are reported to the police.

After ordering, an order confirmation will be sent, after a few days a delivery message will indicate when the goods are expected to be shipped from the warehouse. The delivery date indicated is a preliminary date of dispatch. You as a customer will be notified by the carrier before delivery and you will receive further information about delivery date and time. Our home deliveries are done during the day unless otherwise stated. 

For all deliveries, transportis valid to the property line on carriageable road unless otherwise stated.  If you live in a flat, the goods are delivered to the street door. Upon receipt of the goods, they must be inspected carefully before the delivery is acknowledged. If there are visible damage to the packaging or the goods, please note this on the shipping note before acknowledging it. The freight company does not unload freight without a receipt by the customer or on behalf of the customer responsible. This means that you are responsible for the receipt of the goods when the delivery is made.

If you have any shipping or home delivery costs, this is specified on your order confirmation.


Delivery to islands

For delivery to islands without bridge connection, delivery is prearranged specifically for price, delivery time and delivery method. Please indicate whether you want direct delivery to the island already at your order when some goods need to be packaged in a certain way.

Changing of shipping address

When the item has left the warehouse, it is not possible to change the shipping address. Therefore, it is important that before ordering and approval, ensure that the shipping address is correct.


All our products are shipped with home delivery

The products are delivered during the day to the streetdoor if you live in a flat or up to the property line on carriageable road if you live in a house. You will be notified by the shipping company before delivery to the notification number you specify at the time of purchase. The carrier usually leaves an approximate delivery time of  3 to 4 hours in the morning or afternoon and requires a recipient to acknowledge the goods. Unfortunately, we can not affect the carrier's times and driving days.


Delivery delays

In case of delivery delays, you will always be informed of these if possible. Causes of delivery delays are, for example, when a supplier can not fulfill his commitment to us. Should a delivery delay be deemed to arise, the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase free of charge. NOTE! This does not apply to products that are not stocked and which are produced according to the customer's order. In that case the delay must be significant.

We do not compensate for announced delivery delays. Do not order craftsmen before you have received and checked the product.


Transport risk

We will be responsible for any damage that may occur during the transport home to you. 
If, upon receipt, you find that the shipment is damaged, either on the product or on the packaging, please report this to the shipping company immediately by noting the damage on the waybill before the delivery is acknowledged. Then report the damage directly to our customer service so that we can best assist you with the complaint. The same applies to any hidden damage discovered on the shipment. The damage must be notified to us within seven (7) working days from receipt of delivery. It is therefore important that you carefully pack and inspect your products immediately after the delivery has been completed. If damage has occurred, please do not use the product without contacting our customer service first. It is also important that you save the packaging so that the damage can be inspected when handling the claim.


Splitted order

When ordering from multiple suppliers, the order may be divided into multiple deliveries. For questions about shared delivery please contact our customer service.


Order not received

f you are not available for receiving your order, you will be charged for the costs incurred.


Delivery time

A delivery message is sent to your e-mail address after you have placed your order. On the delivery message we indicate when the goods are expected to be delivered by our supplier. If you have not received a delivery message, please contact our customer service.

Delivery time may vary depending on the season and the choice of product. The products that are not stocked and must be ordered from the factory usually have a longer delivery time. If the delivery time specified on your delivery message does not match your expectations, you will of course be entitled to change, or cancel your order. Contact our customer service within two (2) days after placing your order if you wish to change your order. NOTE! A non-stocked product that has begun to be produced according to your order can not be changed and can not therefore be canceled.

Return policy

If for whatever reason you do not want your item within 14 days of receiving it, you may also contact us for a return and refund. Kindly note that in such cases the return shipping fee is your responsibility and is non-refundable. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened in order to qualify for a product refund.

You can not return a product which is produced after your special purposes "a product to be manufactured or substantially altered according to the consumer's specific wishes or which will otherwise have a clear personal touch". Examples are such products that are manufactured after ordering and customized to the customer's wishes, these products are referred to as Manufacturing Goods in the shop.

When the product is returned to our stock you will be refunded the amount of the item, including any shipping costs. However, shipping costs will be added for the return. When returning part of order, no shipping costs will be refunded. If the product has been returned damaged or otherwise used so that the right of withdrawal can not be applied, the returned item will not be refunded and the buyer will be liable for a return charge and, if necessary, further freight costs if the item shall be returned.
